I had purchased a "Samsung" power bank from the "makemycombo.com" website, and I received it 2 weeks before.
After opened the package, I found that the battery is not working. Charging is not working. The device itself doesn't look like a genuine product too. I have asked for the refund/return but there is no response so far.

The sweater send by you is not of polo brand and is of small size. Prepare of worst quality. My order was polo brand of xxl size. Hence refund my amount.

I want my money back as soon as possible. It is not working at all and i cant find any customer care or mobile no. On invoice its totally fake.
