Makemyhobby.com — no response of queries and delay in delivery

I have ordered 2 jbl sansibar snow sand of 10 kg packs and 1 same product 5 kg pack on 5th feb. The full amount is paid and on next day onwards status changed to payment received, processing. Since then i have contacted them in all form but no response. Now afraid if this company is fraud or genuine. Not sure about shipment position. Please help.
