Makemyhobby.com — No response on order for live aquarium plants

I had ordered live plants with money amounting to Rs 720 including a very expensive courier charges. They only changed my order to processing and since then I am trying to get hold of them and they just don't respond. I have tried whats-app, message on website, customer support ticket and finally an email. They just don't respond and now I am beginning to believe that that I have been duped and they are fraud website .
