Placed an order with MMH for some live invertebrates - as i was building an aquarium at home. September 3 - 2016 : Placed my order (Ord. No 101684). Paid by net-banking the same day. Waited for a couple of weeks for an update on the same. By the 20th of September, I started to try to contact them through their Mobile number (which was given on the site), e-mails to their customer service, and another number given for whats-app communication. No response absolutely for innumerable requests to revert with status on my order. Everything went unanswered. My order status on their website was stuck at "payment received" since 3rd Sep!! Finally i got a reply to a whats-app query on the 30th of Sep. It informed me that the shrimps i ordered was not is stock!! I replied that they should have the basic courtesy or service etiquette to at least respond to my queries and inform of the delay. Imagine my shock when i got a reply "NOT TO BE RUDE"!!! I didn't have words to reply to this statement and "requested' that my order be cancelled and money refunded. Status of my order on their website immediately changed to "cancelled". I breathed a sigh of relief and made a mental not to stay away from this website. After a couple of weeks i realised that there was no update on my refund. Its the 30th of November now, and almost every second day, i call, SMS, whats-app and email them for the status on the refund. And just as expected, there is no response whatsoever! I am so frustrated - not for the refund - but for the basic lack of empathy and disregard to the patience of a paying customer. This web site functions out of Hyderabad and i even thought of going down there from Mumbai and see what kind of e-commerce is run by these people! I wish there was something that can be done about this.
