I placed order Order ID: 101284 in August 2016, they have not delivered my order and not even responding to my queries

I have followed multiple times on whatsapp as per their website to contact on any queries. First they responded in September and clarified my doubts, post that they stopped responding post Oct 4th. All empty promises, now they have stopped responding as well.

It's been more than 2 months and an order of RS 993+ is just kept as processing. Nor they are returning my money, .

I want to raise a consumer court complaint

I ordered some items from their Filter Media category on 9th of October, 2016. They have accepted a Credit Card payment..and now the portal has gone offline. They have erased all contact points and not replying to any of my mails. There whats-app is also shelved.
