Makemyhobby.com — payment done but order not delivered

I Had ordered live fishes and Fish Food on[protected] from make my hobby. And it was an online payment for amount of Rs. 1531, the order was confirmed after online payment. The estimated delivery time shown was 1-4 Weeks But i haven't received my order yet.Its been more than 4 Months. I'm complainong Contunuesly on their portal and I receive ticket number and a popup stating they will get in touch with us shortly, But no response.
It's a Fraud site and They attract customers by offering discounts and once the payment is done then we cannot contact them. Kindly take an action on this website.
