Makemyhobby.com — Product not received,no response form makemyhobby.com,amount fully paid

I order sunsun 9w uv light from makemyhobby.com on 12.8.2020
With full payment. Till now 26.8.2020 no response from makemyhobby.com I tried to contact via WhatsApp, there own customer care and there email too.there is no response from them. On order page it shows its processing almost 10 days it shows the same.
They said shipping will start when the government allows. But all other websites are doing great.
I don't know what to do
They are cheating I think.
