I have ordered mobile phone and i have cancelled it without receiving the parcel. Refund amount they are not issuing and no proper response if i send a mail also. Kindly help in getting refund from make my orders.com. It’s been 30 days and customer service team is not at all replying to any mails and no mobile number or contact details mentioned in the website.

I have ordered one of mobile after received the phone I have made request for return the phone or pay my money back due to bad quality of phone as its clone of nokia phone and china quality. They have taken my phone but still not give my money back...or not giving any reply on mail as well as on phone call.. they are cheater they are making fools to people. from last one month I am trying to contact with them but no response..
