They said we provide you refurbished phone after receive i saw that was clone of nokia 3310 china phone. I made request for return that phone or give my money back next day curriour boy picked my parcel. They said with in 7 days you will receive your money in your bank account but still they dont refund my money or not given any reply on mail or phone call...

I have ordered mobile phone and i have cancelled it without receiving the parcel. Refund amount they are not issuing and no proper response if i send a mail also. Kindly help in getting refund from make my orders.com. It’s been 30 days and customer service team is not at all replying to any mails and no mobile number or contact details mentioned in the website.

Refurbished phone that i ordered online via makemyorders.com and later i had some issues so tried to contact them via i wasn't able to connect with them as i made a call to them the service provider says the dialed number is incorrect and before i received the order i made a call to them at that time i was able to contact them but not now when i have an issue they have two numbers both landline and whatsapp those are tel: +[protected] +91-[protected]
