[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Account debited twice for the same amount when i had not even entered my transaction password | |||||
I wànted to book a flight ticket through net banking pnb.As there was extra charge for insurance and something else which I did not want to bear, I cancelled the transaction through net net banking and did not enter my transaction password before backing out of netbanking pnb site.yet my account was debited for rs 4565. The second time I transacted successfully using my debit card and was debited the same amount again but this time I recieved my ticket as well. Who is to blame? PNB or makemytrip.
