Dear Madam/sir, Good morning, I am suppose to know the status of our Visa CRM REF:[protected]Europe Tour)/ BOOKING ID # IN1404B7S113670 In spite of my most arduous endeavor I am unable to understand the way of handling above tour package. Since you only insisted and guaranteed for the package, I like to approach all concern at the helm of affairs through you. Now you take the responsibility to let me know, what is the fate of my above tour Package. Pl also let me know should I cancel my ticket Jorhat- Dehi return journey? Your correspondances are attached for your ready reference along with my replies. Pl clarify above. (2) Since I am supposed to send a big sum of money in advance, what risk I have to bear in case of any eventuality.I hope you will appreciate my concern. Regards, Dilip Kumar Dutta. Since you have guaranteed the package and insisted upon telephonically for sending my advance immediatly, so that prices do not escalate, I made the Bank transfer on 16 th. April 2014 with proof of sending. After that problem started, I could not contact any body responsible for my Package tour. Being obviously worried I wrote large no. of emails and failed attempt to contact responsible person for my Package. I even e-mailed to customer support on 12 th May as” I am yet to receive Money receipt and travel documents regarding my above booking. No IN1404B7S113670 My flight from Delhi on 02.00AM on 30th June 2014.Pl look into it urgently, as it may take some time to collect documents you may require for processing VISA etc.” Thanks, Dilip Kumar Dutta After lot of trouble on 20 th May 2014, Poonam Sharma and Pulkesh Kumar sent VISA form as attachment asked me to send Original Passports of me and wife, along with all required documents urgently to following Address: Pulkesh Kumar, MakeMyTrip.com, 243 SP Infocity, Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122 016, India. Accordingly I sent original passports and original and photo copies of all documents require on 23 rd. May 2014 by DTDC courier as it did not took time for me for I have almost made ready all documents after sending my money on 16 th. April, 2014. After sending above this time again I lost any contact with make my trip in spite of my e-mails and telephone calls. Then suddenly, one day on 30th May 2014 I could contact Pulkesh kumar through Poonam Sharma. To my utter surprise Pulkesh told me he did not receive any of my documents so far. Since I had the proof of sending and receiving by Pukesh Kumar, on 23 rd May 2014, I insisted upon him, he admitted of receiving the same. But he said the VISA form he sent was wrong and new form has introduced by Italy embassy, which he will send on 30 th. May2014 by E-mail along with address for me to send. But he did not sent the address and sent only on 2nd June 2014 after several telephone call. I was asked to send new Passport photo also proof of my retirement along with waiver declaration form. Since I have made ticket from Jorhat to Delhi at the instance of Anamika Shing for 29 th June 2014 and return on 11 july 2014, I was quite disturbed again, because no status report received so far till 7 june 2014.
