dear sir i avadhesh mittal booked my bus ticket from delhi to agra today. my transaction no. NU[protected]. when i was booking my ticket at that time 199 Rupees amount is being shown on make my trip screen. but when i booked 249 Rs is deducted from my dabit card. then i called to customer care of yours he told me that 50 rs is our service charges. but this 50 rs was not showing on screen when i was booking my ticket. some health insurence option was there for 50rs. but i did not take that insurence. please tell me why did u charged from me? please response. thanks®ards avadhesh mittal contact no.
