We are 7 Senior citizens, booked for your Bhutan Pkg Date of Departure from Mumbai is 26th Oct under Id No. IN1508B4S477981 AND IN1508B4S387028. The co-ordinating person is Ms Anuradha Nayak from Kolkotta. At the time of booking I had a detailed talk with Anuradha and told her that we need Mumbai Kolkotta morning Flt so that we can spend 1 day in Kolkotta. Till today we have no confirmation on this. Infact your back end staff is so arrogant. Now the Hotel vouchers sent are totaly wrong, for this they say that this is a system generated mistake. This is not acceptable, so we requested to send us all the documents by today which has been refused and said that this will be sent on 23rd. This sounds rediculous and too much arrogant. When we have paid you so much in advance for your standard pkg, what is the problem at your end. Looking at all this mess, we feel that you are not trustworthy and we are not ready to take chance. So you either send us the tkts and all other confirmed documents immidiately or cancel our booking and refund our entire cost paid to you Was this information helpful? | |||
