I have booked a tour of Thailand for THREE persons. I was attended by Mr. Mohd. Anas and his TL Mr. Anurag Thakkar of Ahmedabad. The proforma vouchers they provided were faulty having booking for 2 travelers which I informed to Mr. Anurag and he ensured that the correct vouchers will be released after we make full payment. Believing the same to be true, we made full payment but the mistake remains the same and Mr. Anurag has given up by saying that he can not do anything. Even other officers at different level are not listening to it. We request them to look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately failing which we will be forced take other suitable action against the travel agency and its officers.
