I have booked a tour of Thailand for THREE persons. I was attended by Mr. Mohd. Anas and his TL Mr. Anurag Thakkar of Ahmedabad. Initially they booked the tour for 20-25 May but later requested to extend for one day as there was no flight of Thai Airways on 25.05.15 which we agreed as we seriously wanted to enjoy the tour. Proforma Vouchers were sent to me which were faulty as the number of travelers mentioned therein was 2. I complained to Mr. Anurag and he told me that these vouchers have no meaning and asked me complete the payment after which final vouchers will be released and every thing will be rectified. I made the full payment but to my utter surprise the final vouchers have same mistake. I am repeatedly contacting your different offices since 12.05.15 but nothing is done and Mr. Anurag has given up the matter by saying that he can not do any thing.
In view of the above facts I request to either resolve the issue today itself or cancel the booking by refunding my total amount paid to you along with compensation for this harassment to old people.
