I had booked a vista guest house from 25th Sept 2015 till 27th Sept 2015. I was supposed to checkin into hotel by 10 AM.
When I reached the destination at around 11 AM, the came to know that the booking was done. I kept calling MakeMyTrip customer care from 11 AM till 4 PM, each time I call the executive asks the same question related to booking ID and issue. There is no proper communication between the hotel and the MakeMyTrip. Due to unavailability of rooms I've to make return back to Bangalore.
This has caused huge mental harassment, I want the makeMyTrip compensate the pain I went through on that day.
Below are the booking details:
Check in Fri, 25 Sep 2015 (10AM)
Check out Sun, 27 Sep 2015 (12PM)
Room Type Standard Room 1
Reservation 1 Rooms, 2 Nights
No of Guests 2 Adults, 0 Children
