Sir, My name is Adarsh ks, I booked one international flight ticket from make my trip for my friend. With my mistake i selected the wrong departure date and i cancelled the ticket at the very next day Date of booking:19/09/2015 Ticket no: NN[protected]. After few days i got a mail regarding my cancellation of flight ticket and also they were mention the amount will be refund before October 3 or October 14 last. But still i didnt receive the refund amount. I already send two complaint mails to make my trip complaint department but still i didnt receive my money back. So please check the details and do the needful for me. Date of booking:19/09/2015 Ticket no: NN[protected] Regards Adarsh

This is in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case at our end and found that you have raised the cancellation through our website on 22-Sep-15 and refund of Inr 9422/- has been initiated from our end on 25-Sep-15 in the original form of payment i.e. in your Canara Bank account. The same should now be reflecting in your account. If in case the same is not reflecting, request you to please provide your bank statement since September to till date. So, that we can validate this with our finance team and close this on priority.
