I have been booking my flight and hotels through makemytrip from long time. Recently I have booked hotels at Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Mount Abu through call centre with a specific request of minimum 4 star category and accepted to their recommendations with high confidence on makemytrip. The booking references are IN1409B3S123935, IN1409B3S125676, IN1409B3S126333 & IN1409B3S132189. When I reach Mount Abu it took more than one hour to find this 4 star hotel which doesn't have name board at remote area. When we enter this hotel we were shocked, it is not a hotel actually it is a jungle with 4 to 5 rooms without proper toilets, furniture, flooring and staff. I was wondered how make my trip can rate as 4 star hotel and recommend us. I called customer care and explained the situation and asked for help but she cont do anything about this. I took some photographs of these rooms and proceeded to Jodhpur without check in into this 4star property Royal Heritage. Again I requested customer support to at least provide accommodation against payment at Ram International Jodhpur where you have provided from next day. Even that also they unable to help and subjected some other hotel. Then I called directly to the hotel Ram International and blocked the rooms.
After reaching chennai I have placed a complaint online at step 1 & 2 but I didn't get any response. After 4 days I tried to place at step 3, it was not accepting. I have a doubt, Is it a Makemytrip's own property? Otherwise why not even responding to my complaints. I have photos of this property which already loaded to Tripadviser.com .
Please understand that we have travelled from chennai with hi confidence on makemytrip but we were cheated by makemytrip. We are not even visited any places in mount abu as we are all depressed.
So I request you to go through these photos and arrange for refund and also my sinecure suggestion that Dont cheat your customers by providing this hotel by stating 4Star property.
