[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Complaint against Makemytrip | |||
I made a booking using the mobile app on 2nd May 2015, but it said booking failed for the first time (NF[protected]and app said it is due last minute fare hike and asked me whether you want this money back in your card or or MMT account, i opted my card . Since i urgently needed this ticket I went ahead and made the same booking (NF[protected]again this time it was successful and amount charged again. After some time I receive message from make my trip for two booking using the same details. The customer care person tells me do I have a screen shot of first unsuccessful transaction, I tell her I am not stupid to make the same booking twice. I have spent hours on phone and multiple calls explaining this to MMT customer finally they send me and email that you will have to bear the cancellation charge on the first failed transaction an amount of some 7000 INR. The unprofessional customer care personnel tells me do whatever you want to now but MMT is not bearing any charges since you have no proof of the first failed transaction.
