MakeMyTrip.com — Didn't give full refund

Very bad experience. Booking Id: NH[protected]. I booked a hotel & got d confirmation. Hotel said its not confirmed. After Makemytrip spoke to hotel & confirmed, hotel didnt allow us to visit it as they said its not confirmed. We wasted hours in booking other hotel. Even it was escalated at ALL levels spending several hours, We didn't get full refund. How can they rob my money without giving service? The customer executive Pooja SSadhu gave false commitment.
