I had booked 3 flight tickets via make mytrip on 29th August. The discount offered by booking thro Kotak netbank as listed on their website was 15% - however for the total amount of 8400 Rs, i received only 400 Rs. On enquiring with them - i recieved absolutely no response from their service desk or management !!!
Since 26th September, I have been trying to contact the company and completed escalating my complaint from Stage 1 to their service desk that is provided on their website to Stage 4 to the management.

Today being 11th October - No one has given either a call nor an email - to provide any clarification from this company.
After one month and for a business that deals in internet bookings - i call this fraudulent and deficiency of services.
I am a silver member but i dont think i will book again from makemytrip - and would rather prefer to use direct bookings from the flight or hotel
