Due to technical error on their end ticked was not booked, but amount was Credited to their account, I have received SMS saying Due to technical error booking was not made so will return the amount to your account with in 3 to 5 working days (RS 24, 680) it has been more than 20 working days Amount was not credited to my bank, No proper response from their end I have called several time What would be the next step shall i take to the consumer court? I have every evidence in my mail and sms that when ever i call they would say the amount will be credited to your account with in 3days our finical department is working on it Someone kindly suggest me
