[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — E-ticket not received | |||
Sir / Madam, I the undersigned submit following few lines for your kind assistance. I had booked 6 flight tickets of Air Arabia Airlines through Makemytrip.com website from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to New Delhi, India on 13 July 2015. The amount of Rs.84630/- has been deducted from my bank account in the name of payment of tickets. I had got the confirmation email from Makemytrip that the reservation has been confirmed and the e-tickets will be emailed within 4 hours. But now its more than 24 hours and I haven't got the e-tickets. Booking ID / Confirmation ID - NN[protected] Hence, I would be grateful if you could intervene in to the matter to provide the e-tickets or else pay back the amount with the interest. Thanking you.
