[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Editing customer's hotel reviews | |||
I had a bad experience booking a ticket for a 2 day stay on Make my Trip. However my trip was excellent as the hotel was very good. Im very upset to see that MMT has edited my review which I have submitted on the portal. The request for a review was sent by Make my trip to my email and I genuinely filled the same. I was surprised to see that they have edited the same. They have removed the words/sentences which talks about my bad experience on the portal booking the ticket and the conversations I had with the customer service agent. IF YOU CANT POST A REVIEW GIVEN BY A CUSTOMER, THEN WHY ASK FOR IT ??!!! I am now a firm belieiver that these reviews on portals like these cant be 100% accurate as they are riggged by these companies. WHAT A SHAME !!! :( Was this information helpful? | |||
