I made a booking on MMT on 30 Sept, 2014 for travelling on 1 Oct-2014 with ID NU[protected], form delhi to jaipur. The bus opreator name was shown "Shree Krishna Tour And Travels" and address as "Shop no-27, fateh puri, delhi"
When I reached at fatehpuri at 9, I got a shock as there was no shop named "Shree Krishna Tour And Travels" in whole bus stand. The shop no 27 people started laughing saying "You also got this fake reservation". I tried calling the number given as bus operator no but it was off. It was an emergency, So i booked another ticket there at double price.
Now i made call to MMT, After trying for 10 min, one customer care executive picked the call. I tried telling him about the situation, He also tried the operator no and when He didn't get any answer, the executive cut my call..
This is the service MMT provides. No safty checks for customers, NO checks whether operator exists or not.
I will make a legal complaint against this MMT, it's not about ticket money but the way they are running their onlie business without any ethics, the way they treat their customer, I will make them pay. Was this information helpful? |
