[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Fraud booking, money debited & no confirmation received | |
Dear sir, I have made a online international hotel booking at Langkawi on 7th March 2014 at makemytrip.com for my stay on April 5th 2014 (5nights) Total funds debited for my 5night stay: 25465Rs. Booking acknowledgment received :NH[protected] After this payment i have not received any confirmation mail on my booking, When contact Makemytrip customer care, Head of quality service team they are just saying no such booking is reflecting in their system. I am very much worried & really dont no wat to do. How can make my trip say that they have not received my booking ??? even after funds debited from my bank account to MAKEMYTRIP PVT LTD. Issue has been addressed by makemytrip, it was a technical glitch at makemytrip server& they have identified and made a confirmation on my booking.
