I booked a ticket for my parent to travel from Chennai to Singapore. The booking ID is: NN[protected]. Makemytrip booked a ticket with below passenger name: 1. dfgf gdfgdfg 2. dfddtgyh df The correct names are Nilima Sahay and H N Sahay. This is happned because of a software issue in the makemytrip ticket booking website. Makemytrip accepted that there is an issue but did not correct the names. I am software professional so I explained the issue on their website. They accepted that cause of the wrong names are the issue in website. But they are not correcting the names.
