My Brother in law passed away on Thursday and I had called the customer service on Thursday afternoon for the trip cancellation and the representative said that cancellation request has been taken and 100% refund has been taken under consideration as this is medical issue. Representative also said that Nishant Gandhi who booked my holiday package will call. I have not recieved the call from Nishant Gandhi and when I call him on his cell number he is not responding to my call and he is continuously cutting my call his cell number is[protected].

Now I am on a call with Praveen Kumar and he says that the team who booked my holiday package is on leave as it is Sunday and he has kept me on hold for more than 40 mins. I would request the authorities to look into this ASAP.
I have raised 2 complaints and no response through their HELPLINE NO.[protected],[protected] and Nishant Gandhi does not answer my call and when I speak to Praveen Kumar he puts me on hold for 40 mins and another lady who answered my call the 4th time ends my call instantly.
