[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Issue tickets with incorrect passenger name | |
I made air ticket booking through makemytrip of a passenger whose doesn't have last name on his document. So while filling details I just fill first name section and left second name blank. And there system allows me to do so and I proceed to next page to make payment with one popup message saying you should have valid document having this name. But finally after making payment the tickets I received are having this passengers name written twice ie. first name is also mentioned as second name. When I talk to there executive they said if passenger is not having second name one should mention Mr/Mrs/Miss as first name. But no such information was there at there web page... This such foolish thing they are saying to hide a very basic flaw in there system.
I think this has happen to many more can anyone help me in this how one can sort this out or how these makemytrip guys will act on this... Was this information helpful? | |
