on 11 sep while i was booking my ticket from delhi to banglore for 8 feb 2015 for some reason an error message appeared on my computer screen which said that my transcation has been cancelled and ill be getting my refund in 7 days NF[protected]booking ref. no.) . later due to shortage of time i told one of my family member to book my ticket of the same date later i recieved 2 conformation messages one from my family members account NF[protected]booking ref no.) and from my mail account leading to two booking for the same travel and the traveller, i request make my trip to process my complete refund as soon as possible and debug their interface so that such things not happen in the future
