I had booked flight tickets from Delhi to Goa on the 6th of September through Make My Trip, and also paid an amount of Rs. 15290. I received a message from the website on 8th September (today) at 8 PM stating that my booking has been cancelled and my refund will be processed in another 2 days Make my trip did not give me any prior intimation and informed me only through a message I called the customer care and got to know that it takes at least 6 days to get the refund I asked them to process my refund faster but there answer for everything was that our Terms and Conditions include all these clauses.We didn't even come to know the exact reason of our ticket cancellation.We had also booked another ticket through the same website on that day and that ticket has been processed successfully, i think make my trip cheted us. booking id Nf[protected] Conatct number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that the reservation you have tried to book on 06-Sep-14 has failed, so that is why full refund was initiated from our end on the same day and as per the the policies, it gets credited to your account as per your bank processing cycle. Now that processing cycle can be of 2 days or more depending on the bank. We thank you fro contacting us.
