Hi,
The Payment was failed for the booking ID NF[protected]. I have done the Payment for Rs 8671/- and Make MYTrip has refunded only 8552/- amount back in my account.
I have raised the complaint thrice but no refund processed till yet. Reference Numbers are: [[protected]], [[protected]], [[protected]]. Every Time each executive told me that the amount it will reflect in my account after 72hrs, its been now more than 15 days but I have not received any refund till yet.
I need refund and compensation for this mental harassment and time spent on customer care every time.
