I had booked my rail tickets from Hyderabad to Chennai on 29th April 2015 (Amount Rs.4122) Unfortunately due to some technical error money got debited from my account and I got an email from MMT saying that the refund is initiated and will get refunded within 72 working hours and after 72 working hours the amount got credited was 1251??? I wonder where did my rest of the money go??? and after calling the so called customer care endlessly, I spoke to one hopeless agent Kaushal Vinayak who doesnt know to handle the customers and just reads the script (In this case I apologies for the inconvenience caused blah blah).I called the customer care team 4 times and in all the instance the reply I got from them was please wait for 72 working hours and its more than four 72 working hours and still the refund is pending which is really annoying...The service is very pathetic and if this doesn't get resolved this time I am taking you guys to the court.
Please resolve this issue ASAP.
