Dear Sir, We would like to inform you that when i was trying to book my e-ticket for Patna to Chennai today evening at about-05-22pM, -for 29th September-2015, Flight-6E-191-331, unfortunately my money Rs- 6, 586 deducted but ticket not came. Transaction ID-Info:INB/[protected]/CCAENUE.com/Charge/flight So, we request you please refund my money or issue the ticket as soon as possible. Regard's Md.Khurshid Anwar
