Dear Sir/Ma'am, Most respectfully i would like to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please. Sir/ Ma'am i would like to inform you that i booked tickets for Delhi to Amritsar dated 13/07/2015 but the same were not booked due to some technical errors and the fair charges of Rs. 1996 had been deducted from my account.
