[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Money refund pending for more than a month | |||
Numerous calls, hours of wait on phone calls, several mails and plenty of assurances. That's the story about my refund of INR 15000 by make my trip. Even after a month my money has not been refunded and instead I was given several 10-15 digits meaningless codes to remember in case I call them next time. Still not got any refund and even if the request is escalated to the third level, no response from the SO CALLED INDIA's NO. 1 travel company. #cheaters #hooligans #unreliable #bewareofmakemytrip Was this information helpful? | |||
