[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — Money wrongly deducted for booking ID # NH[protected].

Please go through the cancellation policy below(In Bold).It clearly states the there is full refund if I cancel the booking before 07:00 GMT on 25th Sept'14 which is 12.30 pm IST.When I tried to cancel the booking now(10.40 am) I was informed that there will be 1 Nights' retention charge.Can you please explain me the reason for the same?
