[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Never got my refund | |||||
I booked a ticket with MMT on 30th July 2015, I paid partly with my credit card and partly from my MMT wallet money. I did not get a confirmation of my tickets so I called MMt customer service and they offered to cancel the tickets without any penalty which I accepted and I got my money back on my credit card but I never got my INR 2000 which I used from my MMT wallet. Its been 45 days now I have been chasing MakeMyTrip with calls and emails and what not but they are just not bothered. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
