Hi,
I have made a booking in Citymax hotel, Al Barsha with a
check-in on 13th July 2014 till 27th July 2014.
Unfortunately I was unable to fly on the same day.
I have contacted the customer support and it is poor
response post waiting in the queue for long time. I made service request
through your portal with 2 escalations but no one contacted me.
I am ready to stay at the same hotel by postponing the date
on which the customer care executive is not ready to accept. They do not even have a proper mail id to support the international travels. The one which is provided is [protected]@makemytrip.com and on sending mails to it results in bouncing.
Please let me use the remaining days in the hotel or else
has to refund the remaining amount.
Else we may end up taking legal action against you regarding
the same.
