MakeMyTrip.com — No cash back processed even after regular enquiry | |||||
I booked two flight tickets from MMT app on 16/08/2015 with the booking Id NF[protected] and NF[protected] and as per offer by HDFC and makemytrip.com i was supposed to get Rs 1000 cashback on both the tickets (i applied DOM15HDFC coupon code ) within 14 days . But its has been 2 months and i there is no information from their side and i hv only being receiving mail to wait and watch . Neither my Cashback is being processed niether they are replying to my mails . it seems they have and auto mail checker mail enabled and only keep sending me mail to wait . All the screencshots are attached . Please resolve this as soon as possible . I may not being using MMT any further due to their negligence and irresponsibility .
