I booked 3 train tickets to Goa from their site for an amount of Rs 11, 169
it was unsuccessful and i received an email immediately stating that the refund would take upto 3 days
i have contacted them multiple times but every time they say that it is going to take 72 working hours and do not have any other information
this has been happening for the past 1 month
they do not let me talk to any senior authority as well
