This is regard to incident [B]id: [[protected]][/B] which was raised last month to refund the full
amount since the return flight was cancelled after many delays.
We escalated this to every possible extent via all the channels (costumer care, emails, complaints
L1, L2, L3 ) but there is no response from makemytrip on this pending incident.

Booking cost - 15642 INR (Round trip Delhi-Pune)
Pending Refund amount - Rs 8000 INR

We have a confirmation from Airline for full refund since the flight had delayed many times. Please
refund the full eligible amount as soon as possible.
