I am extremely disgusted with the kind of professionalism and customer care ethos makemytrip has shown. my complaint refernce number is 150205/023834.You have the worst team of customer care and none of your customer care executives ahve the decency to talk to customers.it's pathetic. i booked a ticket on 5th of februaury 6E184 for 4754 rupees at 8.oo am.i got a confirmation mail from make my trip at 8:30 am stating my booking ID. the booking ID is NF[protected]. i was not sent an ticket.when i called at the customer care at 11 am i was told that system is on upgradation and that i could be informed about the booking status only after 2 hours.i DID NOT GET A CALL BACK.after trying to get through eventually at 4pm i was informed that my ticket has not been booked because of some technical glitch at your site!! how was it that my transaction was completed and an amount of 4754 rs debitted from my account and still my ticket not booked. and how is it that i gotno intimation from your site stating that due to some issues my ticket was not booked. i had to keep trying your number since 11:am to finally get the information at 4 pm.your customer care executives, MR ramakant even had the audacity to suggest that the flight seats might have got filled when it was still showning available tickets at 5:oo pm.not just that i was also very rudely told that the reason this has happened is because of some connection issues at my browser by the same mr ramkant!!! even the extension number i demanded for a senior executive were given invalid to me.i m also stating the extensions numbers i was provided, 9558 and 9527!!!both of them invalid!!!is this how you train your executives!!! i called make my trip a total of 9 times. everytime i was put on hold for periods longer than 20-25 minutes and everytime a new customer care executive would speak to me and not provide any help. this is the list of people i spoke to which i remember and none of them gave me a solution: 1. shalini gupta 2. ramakant 3.sneha 4.sumit shah 5. farhan 6. santosh i was told at 4:30 pm that it will take 5 hours for the issue to get resolved!!not a single time did i get a call back!!!eventually when i refused to cancel my call at 11:00pm did i get a call back from a senior executive and they said the only way they can help is by giving me a refund of the ticket!!!by that time tghe ticket was for 10.000!!!i ultimately had to book a flight which was 6000 rs more expensive than what i had originally paid for!!! if there were technical glitches at your end why should i pay the price for it!!!i want a full compensation!!!i spent more than 6 hours trying to get to your senior officials but to no avail!!!why was it that i was not even informed about the non confirmation of my flight ticket!!!i was eventually told about that at 4:30 pm by that time the fare price had increasedby 1500. I was then told that my complaint had benn registered and a request for booking of the same flight ticket at the original price i paid has benn put!!!why should i pay the fare difference for a flight that i booked at 8:00am for which my money transaction was shown to be complete!!!the reason it did not get confirmed was due to technical glitches at the company's end!!!i wa told that i would only get arefund of the original ticket amount and that no compensation would be given to me for the lossses your company has incurred on me at 11:00pm by which time the flight rates had increased to 10, 800!!!i want a full compensation for the 7000 rs i have paid extra for your fault!!! and if this issue is ot resolved withina week from now i am going to take this issue to the consumer court!!this is fraud!! how are u even running a company with such little professionalism!!!no where have i heard of money transaction being complete b ut the ticket not booking!! why was i not ingormed about the failure of my ticket booking!!!and why did it take more than 5 hours for your customer care executives to inform me that they can refund and not provide the ticket i wanted!!!why should i pay the fare difference when ultimately it was all uyour fault!!!kindly look inti the matter URGENLY!!!if i do not get a refund Im going to the consumer court for my compensations!!!
