[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Non receipt of Cash Back/ Refund | |||
I have booked round trip ticket to Singapore on 12th July 2014 and I was committed by Mr. Karan Anand (Extn: 3484), I will get Cash back of Rs. 1000 per ticket. My departure date was 25th July 2014 and return date was 2nd August 2014. It is more than one month, I have not received cash back till date. My booking id is as follow :- 1. IN1407B1S056812 2.IN1407B1S056789 3. IN1407B1S056733 Further, I have drop many mails to Mr. Karan Anand with cc Mark to their Seniors but there is no response from them. At the time of booking Makemytrip executives follows regularly with their customers and now they are not responding after receiving payment. Please arrange my cash back on urgent basis.
