[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Not re-scheduled flight after getting payment | |||
Makemytrip is the worst flight booking service . Never ever use it. I am frequent traveler and never faced such issue with any other flight booking site. I have re-scheduled a flight and made desired payment to re-schedule it . They haven't provided me new itinerary for new journey date. However, payment and date change reflect in my makemytrip account. When I call them to get new itinerary they are denying to change the journey date. I already made payment and planned my travel. Even if they refund date change amount what would I do as new tickets have gone increased like anything. MMT is not ready to refund full amount. It really took me half of the day to connect to their call center. DO NOT PLAN YOUR TRAVEL WITH MAKEMYTRIP. you may end up loosing up your money and might be able to reach to your planned destination on time. Was this information helpful? | |||
