[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Overcharged flight booking by Sales on Phone Booking Id IN1407B1S018017

For my booking ID IN1407B1S018017, I have been exobirantly charged of 3000 Rs than the website when I called the sales rep .
When I followed up on Customer care - Sales rep Arnav is mentioned me that it is air fare fluctuations and it is not from his pocket he has charged ! that was very rude !
I booked it on 6 July for 15848, But even today 10 July the airline charges are 2000 lesser than what is charged by Sales person Arnav.
I was forced to call customer care and book this on the call due to 3 failed bookings on the same day,
This is not airline server issue but it is mistake from Sales rep but he is not accepting the mistake.
I am disappointed with the customer support service and sales rep Arnav communication to resolve this query .
I want the full refund of the amount which is exobirantly charged as it is ruining my vacation plan and a great disappointment. I want to cancel my plan due to this disappointment.
Can you take it up with company and get me full refund for the caicellation of the ticket.
