Hi,
I had tried to book twice tickets from Delhi to Goa. I made the online payment the amount got deducted from my bank account twice and the tickets were not made available to me. Can you please explain why the amount was deducted from my account. As a result of this I will not spread a good word about make my trip and not satisfied customer.
I raised a complaint with reference ID[protected]. They said refund has been processed but I did not receive anything as yet.
