MakeMyTrip.com — Refund not being given | |||
My international flight to Kathmandu got cancelled by the airlines and I was told that I would get my refund in 5 to 7 working days. The bookings were done through make-my-trip so they promised the refund within 7 days but still from the 6th March 2015. I have not got my refund and whenever I call "Make My Trip " they have a different excuse... today in my two calls at 12 Noon and 1:41 PMI have been told that it will take a month and in the other call they said that they will not give any refund till the airline does so.
