[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — REFUND NOT RECEIVED - 2.5 MONTHS IN COUNTING

I had booked a ticket through 'Makemytrip' on the 2nd of July 2014 for travel from Chennai to Srinagar scheduled on the 18th September 2014. Due to the floods in Srinagar, the GoAir flight I had booked was cancelled and I was told that the refund amount will be transferred to my account within 7-14 days.
IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN TWO AND A HALF MONTHS NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. I have filed written complaints on Makemytrip's website and there has been absolutely NO response from their end. I have called their customer care lines a million times now only to have been on HOLD for hours on end, without a single representative to come on the line, let alone care to respond to my complaint.
