In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that as per offer T&C, cash back was applicable on only one booking because passenger has used same form of payment ( Debit card ) in all the 3 booking. As per offer T&C tji offer could only be available once against a single form of payment ( Debit card ). We have already processed cash back of INR 500.00 against booking ID-NF[protected] with RRN#[protected] on 01-Jan-15 and we hope that same has been credited to your account.
